Human Resources Officer
We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Human Resources professional to join our vibrant HR Services team. As a Human Resources Officer, you will work closely with internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality customer service and provide accurate advice on HR Data processes within the HRIS system.
This role requires an individual who can prioritize tasks effectively, respond promptly to customer inquiries, and ensure all HR transactions are executed with high integrity and accuracy.
* Transaction Management: Provide timely and accurate guidance to internal stakeholders on HR Data processes, handling complex and confidential changes.
* Prioritization: Respond to customer inquiries within service level agreements and administer data into HRIS.
* Precision: Ensure all HR transactions are validated and executed with high integrity and accuracy.
* Collaboration: Build relationships with key stakeholders to understand their needs.
This role involves various responsibilities, including:
1. Completing transactional tasks across the employee lifecycle, including data review, contract creation, and processing into SuccessFactors.
2. Providing advice on company processes via SuccessFactors, face-to-face, or hotline, escalating complex issues as needed.
3. Administering onboarding and exit processes.
4. Generating employee change workflows through SuccessFactors and documentation via DocuSign, covering various employment changes.
5. Maintaining and improving data accuracy in SuccessFactors.
6. Providing timely information to Payroll regarding employee changes.
7. Assisting with HR activities like data cleansing and support international mobility documentation.
8. Helping employees and leaders with leave and salary queries.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Minimum two years' experience in a similar role.
* Experience in HR shared services is highly regarded.
* Knowledge of employment law and industrial relations.
* Understanding of the organisation and workforce skills.
* Familiarity with Fair Work Act and HRIS systems like SuccessFactors.
