* From $87,594 pa (level 5 - Sydney) + 14.50% superannuation
* From $79,954 pa (level 5 - Fremantle) + 14.50% superannuation

Role purpose
The Talent Acquisition Partner will play a pivotal role in supporting recruitment activities, partnering with stakeholders to align talent sourcing with the University's objectives and delivering a positive candidate experience.
Key responsibilities
* Develop and implement recruitment strategies and processes in collaboration with stakeholders.
* Coordinate and manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, interviewing, and candidate selection.
* Provide guidance on best practices for candidate experience, sourcing channels, and selection methods.
* Collaborate with IT, Marketing, and content teams as needed to support digital transformation initiatives related to recruitment and branding.
* Monitor and report on recruitment metrics, ensuring timely and effective hiring outcomes.
* Ensure compliance with privacy, data protection, and related regulations; promote accessible and equitable hiring practices.
Qualifications, skills & experience
* Relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent experience in recruitment, human resources, or a related field.
* Experience with recruitment platforms and applicant tracking systems; ability to manage end-to-end recruitment processes.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in teams and work independently.
* Analytical mindset with attention to detail and the ability to apply data to improve recruitment outcomes.
* Customer-focused, adaptable, and committed to continuous improvement and innovation.
