ROBAR Group – Skilled Civil Infrastructure Workers Wanted (South Australia)
ROBAR Group specialises in delivering complex civil infrastructure projects across Australia.
We are currently seeking skilled and motivated individuals to join our team for a range of upcoming projects across the Greater Adelaide region.
Positions Available – Immediate Start
We are currently recruiting for experienced FRP (Form, Reinforce, Pour) crew members, with concreters being our top priority:
Concreters – must be highly skilled in site set-out, screeding, and concrete finishing.
Experience in both structural and flatwork concreting is essential, along with a sound understanding of steel fixing and reinforcement placement.
Formworkers – experienced in reading plans, set-out, and working with traditional and modular formwork systems.
Carpenters – with civil experience, particularly in formwork, bridgework, culverts, and retaining structures.
Dogmen & Riggers – high-risk licences required; must be experienced in lifting operations and working to strict safety protocols.
Telehandler Operators – current ticket and demonstrated experience on active civil construction sites.
What We're Looking For:
Prioritise safety and quality in every aspect of their work.
Have proven experience on civil infrastructure projects, especially within FRP scopes.
Are able to work independently or as part of a productive team.
Are physically fit, dependable, and committed to the job.
Local Adelaide and South Australian-based candidates are preferred, but we're open to considering DIDO/FIFO arrangements for the right applicants depending on project location.
Required Qualifications & Skills
White Card (Construction Induction)
Relevant tickets and qualifications for the role you are applying for
Full Australian Driver's Licence
Physically fit and capable of working in varied site conditions
Strong experience in FRP works on civil infrastructure projects
For concreters: Site set-out, screeding, and concrete finishing skills are essential
