An exciting position exists at Leahey Auto Group for a driven, motivated person to join our team. As the Finance and Insurance Business Manager you will be responsible for facilitating the sale of finance and insurance products.
The successful applicant will have a hunger to exceed sales targets and generate high volumes of business, with the customers best interests always in mind. You will also have good communication skills, be self motivated and be able to work well in a team environment. Previous experience in the financial sector would be beneficial but it not a requirement.
This is a full time position with an attractive salary + commission package.

* Understanding our customers needs and providing suitable finance and insurance solutions
* Meeting and exceeding monthly finance and insurance targets
* Able to operate with discretion and respect customer confid entality
* Attention to detail and sound organisational skills
* Ability to communicate effectively with customers, staff and management
* Demonstrated ability and desire to work as a part of a team
* Neat and professional appearance that reflects business and dealership standards
