Claims Specialist- Workers Compensation & General Insurance
We are partnering with multiple established Perth brokerages who are expanding their Claims teams and are seeking experienced Claims Specialists with a strong background in Workers Compensation.
These roles are suited to either:
* An experienced Workers Compensation Claims Advisoropen to managing some General Claims, or
* A General Claims Specialist with solid Workers Compensation experience.
You will work closely with specific broking teams and manage a highly client-interactive portfolio.
About the Role
* Manage end-to-end claims across Workers Compensation and General Insurance
* Liaise with injured workers, employers, insurers, lawyers, medical providers and regulators
* Support return-to-work outcomes and injury management initiatives
* Provide technical claims advice to assigned broking teams
* Build long-term relationships with key stakeholders and insurers
About You
* Workers Compensation claims experience is essential
* Minimum 4+ years claims experience within broking or insurer
* Strong understanding of Workers Compensation legislation and injury management processes
* Confident managing complex claims from lodgement through to settlement
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
