Job Description
* Lead and manage both the product and project aspects for Mechanical engineering from a structural analysis perspective within the energy and natural resources sector.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver engineering solutions.
* Oversee the design, analysis, and evaluation of mechanical structures.
* Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
* Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.
* Prepare detailed reports and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Lead Mechanical Engineer should have:
* A degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
* Strong expertise in structural analysis for unusual structures exposed to elements.
* Strong knowledge of AS1170.
* Experience with wind tunnel testing would be beneficial.
* Proficiency in relevant engineering software and tools.
* Ability to manage projects and lead teams effectively.
* Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
* Strong communication and documentation abilities.
