About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Desktop Support professional to join our team as a Desktop Support Specialist. This role will involve providing comprehensive support for all desktop services, including remote sites and macOS environments.
Key Responsibilities:
* Providing 1st, 2nd, and 3rd level support for all desktop services
* Managing logged incidents and service requests
* Ensuring swift restoration of desktop services
* Proactively identifying and resolving desktop problems
Requirements:
* Minimum 3 years' experience in operational support
* Valid Australian driving license and access to a car
* Strong technical expertise in Windows OS, identity & device management, telecommunications, application management, and networking
