Agribusiness Relationship Manager Role
As an Agribusiness Relationship Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the growth and success of agribusiness customers in your assigned region. You will maintain trusted relationships with your customers, providing personalized banking solutions to meet their needs and grow their businesses.
The role involves:
* Developing a deep understanding of customers' goals and delivering tailored banking solutions while aligning with our organization's growth targets;
* Identifying new business prospects and opportunities to attract new agribusiness customers to the portfolio (TAE);
* Partnering with stakeholders to implement localized engagement plans for successful customer outcomes;
* Driving profitable growth by meeting sales targets, converting referrals, and achieving results;
* Mentoring and growing the skills of colleagues across the region.
This dynamic role requires:
* A tertiary qualification in agribusiness, finance, or a related discipline;
* The ability to travel and hold a current 'C' class driver license;
* Demonstrated expertise in agribusiness lending and credit risk principles;
* Financial analysis skills, including interpreting financial statements;
* Up-to-date knowledge of agriculture market conditions and agribusiness products.
