AO3 Service Officer Role
This role is for a highly motivated and organized professional to work as an AO3 Service Officer in the Queensland State Government.
The successful candidate will be responsible for negotiating appropriate actions to recover outstanding debts and finalizing them. They must have a proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service in fast-paced and demanding environments.
This role requires strong communication and negotiation skills, with experience managing complex or sensitive situations. Proficiency in computer systems is also essential.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience in sales, banking, debt recovery, or dispute resolution. They should have strong interpersonal abilities, with a background in working collaboratively within a team.
Key Responsibilities include:
* Providing high-quality customer service
* Proactively supporting clients to recover debts
* Applying legislative knowledge to make informed decisions
* Educating customers on policies and repayment procedures
The role involves rotating shifts between Monday-Friday 8am-6pm. The successful candidate must also pass a criminal history check.
