As a Lead Educator you will lead, coach and supervise your team through modelling collaborative learning and ensuring the environment and teaching approaches are designed to enhance children's learning.

About You
* QLD Blue Card or ability to obtain
* Police Check or ability to obtain
* Working rights in Australia
* ACECQA approved Diploma Qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care is highly desirable
* Minimum Certificate 3 and working towards a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or higher required
* Over 12 months experience working with children in an Education and Care setting is highly desirable
* An understanding of both the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
* First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma certificates or willingness to obtain
* Ability to navigate software programs such as Microsoft 365, OWNA and willingness to learn other platforms as needed
* Strong leadership skills and an ability to confidently guide and mentor your peers
* Effective communication (verbal and written) and relationship building skills
