Client Support Coordinator (3‐Month Contract) – Southbank

We are looking for a proactive administrator to join our Client Partnerships team for a 3‐month fixed‐term contract. Based in our modern Southbank office, you'll be the engine room of our sales team, ensuring seamless campaign delivery across print, digital and audio platforms.

Your mission is to ensure our clients receive a world‐class experience while our internal operations run like clockwork.
Your Day‐to‐Day
* Manage media bookings and schedules across multiple platforms.
* Upload contracts into internal systems (AdPoint/Salesforce) and monitor digital campaign performance.
* Communicate specs and deadlines to clients, ensuring creative materials are received on time.
* Prepare post‐campaign reports, including screenshots and tearsheets, to showcase success.
* Act as the bridge between sales, clients and internal delivery teams.

We Are Looking For
* Experience in media, sales or agency environments is a major plus.
* Comfortable with CRMs (Salesforce experience is a bonus) and booking platforms.
* Ability to manage client expectations with professionalism and ease.
* Skill to juggle multiple campaign timelines without breaking a sweat.
* Availability for an immediate start and a commitment to a 3‐month term.
