What You Need to Succeed:
* 3+ years of B2B sales experience(mechanical services, facility management, or HVAC )
* Proven ability to develop and maintainhigh-value commercial relationships

* Excellence in consultative selling– you listen first, understand deeply, then provide solutions
* Strong presentation and communication skillswith the confidence to speak truth
* Valid driver's licenseand ability to travel throughout NY/NJ territory
