About the Role
As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences across our land and Ferry Cafes. Every boat is different, and you'll also work in the Departure Lounge too.
* Provide first-class customer service to our passengers
* Work as part of a team to ensure the efficient operations of all our Cafes, including safety, legislative compliance, operational and administrative functions

Requirements
* Prior experience working in a fast-paced, hospitality-focused role - Essential
* Responsible Service of Alcohol - Essential
* Food Safety Course - Essential
* First Aid/CPR certificates - Essential - (or willing to obtain)
