The Role
As a Marketing Suite lawyer, you will support the legal and administrative side of trade promotion and advertising campaigns. You will collaborate with our team to deliver exceptional customer experiences while meeting KPIs.
We are looking for someone to help us build out our capabilities and accelerate growth across ANZ and international markets. This role would suit someone who loves working in great teams, thinks long-term, and wants to build a legacy at one of Australia's fastest-growing tech companies.
The Core Pillars of this Role
 * Legal Support: Reviewing trade promotion terms and conditions, reviewing 3rd party client terms, advertising review and advice, drafting legal contracts, and other legal support tasks.
 * Customer Experience: Delivering exceptional experiences through the customer lifecycle, including handling client-facing communications, responding to client inquiries, job management, etc.
 * Administrative Support: Lodging permit applications to government departments for trade promotions and involvement in other administrative aspects of permit lodgement, facilitating draws, winner notification, and publication.
The Requirements
 * Providing responsive, commercial advice in the consumer law space.
 * Completing legal reviews of terms and conditions for promotions and reviewing and advising on various advertising materials for our clientele.
 * Drafting and reviewing an array of legal agreements and contracts in the marketing and advertising space, including winner release forms and prize supplier agreements.
 * Completing general administrative tasks pertaining to end-to-end management of client matters and trade promotion-related administrative tasks.
 * Delivering great success to clients, resulting in active client-to-client referral and drag-along referral from individuals that move between roles and employers.
 * Identifying opportunities to grow revenue through cross-selling and product improvement.
 * Providing ideas for improving systems, workflow, and processes.
 * Ensuring we hit our client responsiveness and delivery KPIs.
 * Identifying client risks and opportunities to ensure the client is realizing the maximum value from their MS offering.
 * Proactively identifying and mitigating risks that would impact our ability to deliver to goal.
