Accounting Leadership Role
This position oversees key accounting functions and responsibilities, with a focus on delivering high-quality financial outputs.
* The incumbent will be responsible for managing month-end processes, conducting reviews and analyses of results, and monitoring cash flow.
* A critical aspect of this role is the preparation of annual statutory accounts, external reports, and timely delivery of financial data to stakeholders.
Responsibilities
* Lead the financial accounting team to ensure efficient operations and deliverables are met.
* Manage external audit processes, contribute to internal audit, and ensure compliance with relevant legislation.
* Oversee the preparation of business activity statements (BAS) and fringe benefits tax (FBT), ensuring timely submission and compliance.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including auditors, regulators, and other internal teams.
