Project Coordinator Role
We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Create project plans and schedules for multiple projects simultaneously, including both customer and internal initiatives, ensuring timely completion of key milestones and deliverables.
2. E nsure successful delivery of installations by working closely with cross-functional teams, identifying and mitigating potential risks, and implementing corrective actions as necessary. This includes but is not limited to coordinating site visits, obtaining necessary permits or approvals required before commencing any installations work on-site (or offsite), meeting set deadlines while maintaining quality standards throughout all stages from pre-installation planning up until final inspections post-completion when handing over completed job sites back customers.
The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills,
multi-tasking abilities along strong communication proficiencies which enable effective collaboration amongst colleagues internally
dialogue clients externally ensuring seamless execution according varied agendas present within fast paced industry sector where adaptability plays crucial role staying ahead curve always delivering results efficiently without compromising safety protocols regulated environments we operate within.
