About the Role
We are seeking a highly organised and detail‐oriented Trainee Legal Assistant/Receptionist to join our team in Cairns, Australia. In this role, you will provide administrative support to our legal professionals, ensuring efficient operations and maintaining a professional environment.
The successful candidate will be someone who is willing to grow and develop their skills in a busy role. You will use your strong client service skills to support our clients and be in frequent contact with them. Your responsibilities will include answering and managing incoming calls, greeting clients, diary management, assisting with file management, preparation of correspondence, and providing day‐to‐day administrative support.
