About the Role
You'll be responsible for building and managing strategic partnerships across the aged care sector, working closely with Aged Care and NDIS providers, aged care professionals, and key community stakeholders who engage with Support at Home recipients.

As a Partnership Manager, you will:
* Proactively prospect and engage new partners through warm and cold outreach, building a strong pipeline of high-quality referral partners.
* Deliver clear and compelling presentations that communicate Trilogy Care's value proposition and role within the Support at Home program.
* Support and guide new partners through onboarding and activation, ensuring they are set up to succeed and begin referring clients effectively.
* Maintain and grow existing partner relationships, providing ongoing guidance to help partners navigate the aged care landscape and maximize impact.
* Drive consistent referral growth from both new and existing partners, contributing to the strength and sustainability of the national partnership network.
* Contribute to Trilogy Care's broader national growth strategy through collaboration, knowledge sharing, and active participation in team initiatives.
* Maintain accurate CRM records and manage the partnership pipeline to track performance, progress, and outcomes.
Skills and Qualifications
* Proven experience in a business development, sales, or relationship management role.
* Demonstrated ability to identify, pitch, and convert new business opportunities.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and influence diverse stakeholders.
* Exceptional organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities across acquisition, onboarding, and ongoing relationship support.
* A proactive and self-motivated attitude, with a passion for hitting targets and driving growth. Strong commercial acumen and a strategic mindset.
* Confidence in conducting presentations, sales meetings, and partner engagement activities both virtually and face-to-face.
* Proficiency in using Microsoft Suite, LinkedIn, CRM systems and sales tools to manage pipelines and track performance.
Desirable:
* Understanding of the Australian aged care landscape and the Support at Home program
* Previous experience in a B2B partnership or channel sales environment.
