The role
As the Graphic Designer, you’ll help bring the City Beach brand to life with fresh, on-trend, and visually impactful design.
In this role, you’ll work with a dynamic Design Team to craft engaging content across digital and print platforms including EDMs, social media, web tiles, in-store signage, and seasonal campaigns. Your work will be seen by millions and play a key part in how our brand connects with its audience.

What you'll be doing:
* Design and roll out branded graphics for digital and print, aligned with seasonal campaigns and brand direction.
* Ensure all creative is high-quality, on-brand, and connects with the City Beach audience.
* Stay on top of global design, fashion, and pop culture trends — from Gen Z aesthetics to TikTok and meme culture — and bring fresh ideas to the table.
* Refresh seasonal artwork across in-store, web, and internal brand assets to meet campaign timelines.
* Use AI design tools to streamline ideation and produce sharp, on-trend visuals.
* Design with a mobile and social-first mindset, creating content that moves and engages.
* Manage timelines and priorities, working closely with the Design Lead.
* Collaborate with Studio, Marketing, and E-Commerce teams to deliver effective, channel-optimised assets.
* Keep design files and libraries organised, consistent, and easy to access.
What you'll need:
* 1+ years’ experience in an in-house design or digital marketing role
* Tertiary qualification in Graphic Design or related field
* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); After Effects or Premiere a plus
* Familiarity with AI tools or a keen interest in learning
* Experience or interest in animation/motion graphics
* Confident designing for social media and digital platforms
* Solid understanding of print production and digital best practices
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage time and meet deadlines
* Positive, collaborative attitude with a growth mindset — open to feedback, quick to iterate, and focused on continuous improvement
