We are a 100 seat Southeast Asian restaurant and cocktail bar and are seeking a skilled Sous Chef with 5+ years of experience to assist our Head Chef in kitchen operations. Some of duties of the role will include menu development, overseeing general kitchen operations, training junior staff, upholding all health and safety protocols and helping to lead our culinary team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Southeast Asian cuisine, proven leadership abilities, and a commitment to food safety and culinary excellence.
