About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated professional to join our team in a Front Office as a casual Guest Service Agent. As the ideal candidate you'll have a robust background in a similar environment and a strong commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences. At Rydges Resort Hunter Valley, we pride ourselves on providing exceptional resort accommodation and creating unforgettable experiences for our valued guests, whether they are here for a relaxing leisure holiday, attending large meetings and conferences, or celebrating a spectacular wedding.
Skills & Experience
Communication: Exhibit exceptional written and verbal communication skills, ensuring clarity and professionalism in all interactions.
Multitasking: Capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a high level of service under pressure.
Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure smooth operations and enhanced guest satisfaction.
Professional Conduct: Maintain a professional demeanor and presentation at all times, including impeccable grooming standards.
Phone Etiquette: Answer telephones with appropriate etiquette, providing clear and helpful information.
Attention to Detail: Display strong attention to detail, especially when handling guest requests and performing tasks.
Opera PMS Experience: Experience with Opera Property Management System (PMS) is highly regarded.
Flexibility: Available to work a flexible schedule across seven days a week, including late nights, weekends, and public holidays.
Valid Driver's License: A current New South Wales driver's license is required.
Legal Right to Work: Applicants must have the legal right to work in Australia.
Police Check: All successful candidates must be willing to undergo a National Police Check.
