Kanda are looking for passionate team members to support children and young people in residential care settings.
Responsibilities Provide direct care and supervision to young people in a residential setting.Develop and implement individualised care plans.Assist with daily activities, support their understanding of self-care, education, and recreational activities.Promote a safe and positive living environment.Build trusting relationships with young people, offering emotional support and guidance.Maintain accurate records and documentation.
