About this role
The Senior Physiotherapist ensures practice is in accordance with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency and NMHS policies and guidelines. The role provides specialist physiotherapy management for infants in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit and Special Care Units at King Edward Memorial Hospital. The position provides specialist Physiotherapy outpatient management of infants within the Neonatal Follow-up Programme up to 12 months corrected age; acts as a staff/student clinical supervisor, consultant, and educator and plans, implements and evaluates patient safety and quality of care.
This role reports to Head of Department.
