Key Responsibilities Include:
* Providing excellent customer service to all customers, both in person and over the telephone
* Applying sound cash handling principles and using Point of Sale (POS) systems
* Promoting our services and programs to customers and accepting customer bookings and enrolments
* Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve individual and team goals and targets
Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a retail environment is highly advantageous. However, candidates with a friendly attitude and a customer service mindset are encouraged to apply.
