About the role
As the Manager at Total Diesel Repairs, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations from our Dubbo NSW location. This full-time Monday to Friday position will see you leading a team of skilled technicians and ensuring the efficient and safe delivery of our services to our valued clients in the mining, road transport & farming industries.
What you'll be doing
* Coordinate and supervise the workflow of the workshop & field service team to ensure projects are completed on time and to the highest standards
* Liaise with clients to understand their needs and expectations, and communicate progress updates
* Monitor and maintain strict compliance with all relevant health, safety and environmental regulations
* Handle budgeting and cost management, ensuring financial targets are met.
* Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency
* Assist in the recruitment, training and development of the workshop team
