About The Role
We are seeking a passionate Trainer & Assessor to deliver and assess your courses:
CHC***** Certificate III in Early Childhood Education & Care
CHC***** Diploma of Early Childhood Education & Care
CHCPRT025 – Identify and Report Children & Young People at Risk
This part-time role (2–3 days/week) is based at our Summer Hill Head Office.
Travel is required for in-person delivery.
There is strong potential for this position to transition into full-time as the College grows.
You will mentor and support aspiring educators, bridging the gap between theory and practice, while contributing to our mission of shaping the future of childcare excellence.
Essential Criteria
Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (TAE*****, TAE***** or equivalent)
Diploma or higher qualification in Early Childhood Education & Care
Proven experience delivering and assessing CHC*****, CHC*****, and CHCPRT025
Current Working with Children Check
Strong communication, mentoring, and organisational skills
Ability to travel to Summer Hill for training delivery
