This is very much a hands on role.Reporting directly to the Operation Manager, you will be motivated and ambitious with a vibrant personality to join the team and contribute to our vision of excellence.What We Offer:Stunning coastal location with the best view in Adelaide.Wednesday to Sunday RosterStaff DiscountA fun and energetic team in a fast-paced, welcoming environment.SPONSORSHIPS AVAILABLE FOR THE RIGHT CANDIDATESKey ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day operations of the restaurant, bar, and meeting space, ensuring seamless service delivery.Resolving customer queries and complaints.Lead, train, and motivate staff to maintain high standards in food quality, presentation, and customer service.Implementing strategies for increasing revenue and reducing waste.Overseeing inventory management.Supporting promotional strategies and customer retention.Fostering a positive, collaborative team environment.Ensuring compliance with Australian legislation (food safety, liquor licensing and WH&S;)Other duties as directed by the Directors of the business.Skills & ExperienceProven experience in Bar and Restaurant Management is essential.At least 2 years' experience as a FOH Manager or similar within the hospitality industry.Able to develop and implement strategies to engage with the local community, drive foot traffic, and retain loyal customers.Participate as a member of the senior management team, contributing to business planning and strategic initiatives.Handle customer enquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.Contribute to the development and execution of promotional events and programs.Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills, with an engaging and energetic personality and a passion for hospitality.Have a high standard of presentation.Oversee functions and private events, ensuring seamless guest experiences.
