The Organisation
My client is a large fund manager, with a presence across Australia. They are currently looking to hire an experienced Fund Accountant until the end of August 2026 on a temporary basis.
Duties & Responsibilities include:
* Prepare daily bank and GL reconciliations for fund applications and redemption accounts.
* Investigate and clear reconciliation items within required timeframes and escalate where appropriate.
* General communications and liaison with Custodians and Banks.
* Processing of Management fee rebates
* Assist with daily unit pricing.
* Assist with half year and end of year projects.
* Build effective working relationships with key stakeholders
The Candidate
* 3+ years of experience working as a fund accountant or a unit pricing specialist.
* Bachelor's Degree in Commerce/Accounting & Finance would be desirable.
* Holds a chartered accounting qualification.
* Strong numerical and quantitative skills.
* Immediately Available.
