About the Role
As Assistant Store Manager, you'll support and lead a passionate team of 10 and be responsible for all aspects of the store's success, from sales performance and customer experience to training, visual merchandising, and operational excellence.
You'll create a motivating, collaborative, and high-achieving store culture that reflects the brand's values: authenticity, quality, and family.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead by example in delivering warm, knowledgeable, high-standard service
* Empower and develop your team through coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback
* Drive KPIs and achieve financial goals across sales, wages, stock, and shrinkage
* Maintain exceptional merchandising and store presentation
* Uphold a culture of compliance, safety, and operational excellence
* Be a brand ambassador and nurture supplier and customer relationships
What You'll Bring
* Previous experience in a high-volume retail environment
