Manager (Project and Stakeholder Engagement)
About the Role:
* Lead strategic communications and stakeholder engagement across one of Queensland's largest transport regions.
* Drive the delivery of the Queensland Transport and Roads Investment Program, manage high-impact engagement initiatives, and shape regional communications strategy.
* Provide high-level strategic advice to the Regional Director, project teams and senior stakeholders.
* Manage a team of professionals to deliver consistent, high-quality engagement across the region.
* Act as the key liaison with ministerial offices, the Strategic Communications Unit and external stakeholders.
* Drive continuous improvement in communication practices and aligning with state and federal program delivery priorities.
About You:
* A background in communications, public relations, journalism or a related field.
* Experience in stakeholder engagement within complex project environments.
* Strong strategic thinking, leadership, and relationship-building skills.
* A current Class C driver's licence is mandatory.
* A commitment to ethical leadership and public service values.
