Join Our Community Health Team
The Eyre and Far North Local Health Network is seeking organised, customer-focused and motivated Administrative Officers to join our Community Health Business Support team on a casual basis.
This role provides high-quality administrative and reception support to staff, clients and visitors across Community Health services within the EFN region. You will play an important role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of administrative services while contributing to a positive client experience.
About the Role
As an Administrative Officer, you will:
* Provide professional reception and front office support
* Respond to telephone and in-person enquiries in a timely and courteous manner
* Coordinate appointments and maintain administrative records
* Perform data entry, word processing and general clerical duties
* Manage filing systems, medical records and confidential information
* Assist with room bookings, stock ordering and office supplies
* Support staff and clients with administrative enquiries
* Contribute to continuous improvement and quality service delivery
* Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment
About You
You are an organised and adaptable administration professional with excellent communication and customer service skills.
* Experience providing administrative and clerical support services
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines
* High level of competency in Microsoft Office and computer systems
* Demonstrated customer service experience
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
* Ability to work effectively within a team environment
