We are seeking a skilled professional to coordinate subcontractor engagement and support operations teams in contract development and negotiation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate subcontractor interaction with Procurement, Commercial, and Operations teams.
* Support Operations teams in developing and negotiating contracts for services.
* Ensure compliance with policies and procedures for subcontractor engagement.
* Manage subcontract control activities, including performance monitoring and cost management.
* Resolve disputes with subcontractors and implement corrective actions.
Requirements:
* Postgraduate or trade qualifications in an applicable field.
* Knowledge of construction/facilities management principles and practices.
* Demonstrated experience in collaborative processes and effective communication.
* Ability to work flexibly in a complex environment with multiple stakeholders.
