About the Role
Build strategic corporate partnerships that create meaningful social impact across Australia. This role is a permanent full‐time opportunity for a relationship‐focused leader with experience in corporate partnerships, business development or strategic fundraising to drive impactful collaborations with Australia's leading organisations. The successful candidate will be based in Blackburn, Melbourne with hybrid/flexible working arrangements and will report to the General Manager, Transformational Gifts.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and develop a high‐performing national Corporate Partnerships team, fostering a collaborative and values‐driven culture focused on achieving strategic and revenue outcomes.
* Drive corporate partnership growth through national strategies, business development initiatives and the acquisition of new partnerships, workplace giving and transformational partnership opportunities.
* Build and strengthen relationships with key corporate partners through tailored engagement, stewardship and long‐term partnership growth strategies.
* Achieve portfolio revenue targets by maintaining a strong pipeline, monitoring performance, increasing partnership value and contributing to forecasting and strategic planning.
* Ensure effective partnership activation, governance and risk management through compliance, accurate CRM reporting, impact measurement and alignment with organisational and legal requirements.
About You
* Demonstrated experience leading corporate partnerships, business development or strategic fundraising teams, preferably across geographical borders.
* Proven success securing and growing high‐value corporate partnerships.
* Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, including experience working with senior decision‐makers.
* Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
* Experience developing long‐term partnership and fundraising strategies.
* Strong commercial and financial acumen, including budget management and forecasting.
* Experience using CRM or moves management systems to drive portfolio performance.
* A collaborative leadership style aligned with organisational values.
