Duties and Responsibilities:
* Responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns in a professional manner.
* Liaising with customers to address their needs and provide solutions.
* Accurately capturing and inputting customer orders into our system.
* Managing records, including filing and scanning documents, maintaining spreadsheets.
* Processing customer invoices and coordinating logistics and distribution.
* Performing general office duties, including data recording and maintenance.
Requirements:
* A minimum of 3 years' experience in general administration.
* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* Pleasant communication skills.
* Attention to detail and accuracy.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
