Job Overview
This role is centered around planning and executing Squad sprint cycles to deliver multiple initiatives and small change activities simultaneously.
The primary goal is to own and prioritize the Squad delivery backlog in line with agreed business and technology priorities, translating business outcomes into delivery requirements and solution designs.

Candidates should possess a strong understanding of Agile delivery frameworks and have experience applying them to large-scale programme delivery.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Experience applying Agile delivery frameworks (e.g. Scrum, Kanban) and using tools (e.g. JIRA, Confluence).
* SME understanding of relevant Channels Platforms ecosystem, with ability to translate technical concepts and Business Owner outcomes into common language.
* Ability to lead minor platform releases, ensuring governance, quality standards and deployment plans.
