Support Worker Role

* Our ideal candidate will support our customers with their daily tasks and goals through a person‑centred approach, fostering independence and empowerment.
* They will work with a range of customers who require support with Behaviours that Challenge, Manual Handling, Epilepsy, Meal Management, and/or Stoma Care, providing tailored assistance to meet individual needs.
The role requires a strong focus on customer care, including:
