We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Sales Coordinator to support our sales and marketing team.
Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
* Previous experience in sales coordination or administrative support roles, preferably in hospitality.
* Strong organizational skills with ability to manage correspondence, filing systems, and reporting efficiently.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence in handling client inquiries via phone and email.
* Detail-oriented and proactive in preparing purchase orders, maintaining departmental records, and ensuring office organization.
* Professional presentation and ability to meet and greet VIP guests and groups with warmth and confidence.
* Skilled in conducting site inspections and gathering information for VIP familiarization reports.
* Strong awareness of market trends and competitor activities, with ability to provide relevant feedback to the Director of Sales.
* Collaborative team player who can effectively support sales managers and coordinate with other departments.
* Capable of managing multiple priorities while maintaining high standards of accuracy and efficiency.
* Demonstrates professionalism, integrity, and positive attitude in all interactions with clients and colleagues.
