What You'll Be Doing
* Running small site crews and helping drive day-to-day delivery
* Working hands‐on across all trades of landscaping, including
* Feature planting & garden builds
* Turfing, soil prep & irrigation
* Retaining walls & edging
* Paving, decking & outdoor structures
* Reading plans & keeping projects on track
* Working with clients, builders & the project team
* Mentoring apprentices and sharing what you know

What We're Looking For
* Qualified landscaper (Cert III preferred)
* Confident on tools and across hard + soft landscape elements
* White Card (+ machinery tickets a bonus)
* Reliable, switched‐on & hungry to grow
* Good communicator, team player & problem‐solver
* Great attitude – we rate personality & culture fit as much as skill

Mon–Fri 7am–3:30/4pm
