The role......
- Oversee day-to-day café operations, ensuring smooth service, quality food & beverage presentation, and exceptional customer experience.
- Drive processes and policies to evolve the offer and the team
- Lead, coach, and develop the team — from rostering and recruitment to training and feedback.
- Manage financial performance, including labour budgets, and sales growth
- Maintain compliance and safety standards, ensuring a safe environment for customers and staff.
- As a service-driven role you will be present and connected to the team, our customers and the business at large - not stuck behind a desk
- Drive sales growth through promotions, upselling, and local area marketing initiatives.
The successful candidate.....
- You will have proven hospitality leadership experience (café, restaurant, or retail management) in a high-volume, busy coffee shop environment
