The Role
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Receptionist & Administrative Support Officer. In this hybrid role, you'll be the first point of contact for clients, visitors and our tradespeople while also assisting with essential property management and/ or sales administration tasks. This role offers a unique opportunity to develop a broad skill set in both customer service and property, with strong career growth potential in the real estate and administration fields.
As part of a growing team, you'll play a key role in ensuring smooth office operations. If you enjoy interacting with people and have a keen interest in property, this could be the perfect role for you
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
* Partnering with both Sales and Property Management teams, providing daily support.
* Answer incoming customer calls and respond to customer enquiries.
* Working with the admin team to deliver strategy and implement change.
* Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, and document preparation.
* Handle incoming and outgoing mail and keys.
* Support our leaders through change and transition in a time of current business integration.
* Work with the leadership team to support company wide initiatives.
* Support individual and team development.
* Maintain high service level for the business through constant communication and timely support.
* Work on long term projects to transform our business.

* Efficient with IT platforms and basic office equipment
* Confident verbal and written communicator
