The role will involve managing the financial reporting and compliance function, ensuring that effective reporting and controls are in place.
Reporting to the Financial Controller, and leading a the Finance team, you will be an organised individual with strong leadership skills.

This is a permanent full time role, working from our Dry Creek head office, supported by a fantastic team.ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILTIESDemonstrate a genuine commitment to safety by consistently displaying behaviours aligned with safe work practicesSupport the Financial Controller to ensure the accuracy, timeliness and effectiveness of all financial reportingReview monthly balance sheet reconciliationsPrepare annual income tax and FBT returns with external accountantsEnsure compliance with all financial regulations, accounting standards and internal control policiesProvide leadership to, and day to day management of the finance team whilst creating a positive cultureManage and mentor the finance team, providing guidance and trainingSupport the finance team in accurate and efficient financial operationsQUALIFICATIONS | EXPERIENCE | CAPABILITIESDegree in finance, accounting or a related disciplineDemonstrated experience leading a teamDemonstrated experience at mid/senior level in a corporate or private businessStrong organisational and time management skillsEffective verbal and written communication skills and strong ability to influenceStrong ability to build and maintain positive stakeholder relationships at all levelsA problem solver by nature who is calm under pressureAPPLY NOWTo be considered for this position click "APPLY" now.
