Key Responsibilities:
* Lead a team through busy services periods while maintaining a high level of customer service
* Manage day-to-day operations, including staff supervision and training
* Foster a positive and proactive working environment
* Mentor and develop a team to deliver quality and consistency
Requirements:
* A minimum of 3 years previous management experience in a fast-paced hospitality environment
* Strong knowledge of gaming, wagering, and F&B operations
* Ability to hold a hoteliers license
* Current RSA and RCG certificates
* Hands-on approach to management
