We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Full‐Time Practice Manager to join our collaborative team in the retail optical industry. This role is pivotal in delivering exceptional service to our local community, ensuring that every patient feels valued and receives the highest standard of eye care. Key Responsibilities
* Build a high performing team by managing performance and communications to ensure high levels of understanding and best practice.
* Identify opportunities or skill set gaps to improve practice performance.
* Lead by example with exceptional dispensing, fashion expertise, and patient interaction.
* Maintain professional expertise through continual awareness of technological developments in lenses and contact lenses.
* Ensure a tidy practice environment to promote a positive overall patient experience.
About You
* Minimum 2 years of Practice Management experience – ideally in optical or retail settings.
* Strong passion for helping others feel their best through quality eye care services.
* Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with patients effectively.
* Genuine enthusiasm for eye health and commitment to patient‐first care principles.
* Ability to work collaboratively within a team while maintaining a positive can‐do attitude.
* Availability every second Saturday until 2pm.
