As a Factual Investigator, you will be working on various cases in Tasmania. You will have the autonomy to design your day, offering a unique blend of variety and flexibility.
The role involves attending different locations, primarily in Launceston, where you will conduct interviews with key parties. Your tasks will include collecting evidence, preparing reports, and maintaining effective communication with our investigations team.
To succeed in this role, you should possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as strong attention to detail and self-motivation to meet deadlines. A Certificate III in Investigations and a current Investigators Licence are required. You should also hold a valid driver's licence and vehicle.
We prefer candidates with experience in Workers Compensation, CTP, and General Insurance investigations. To work effectively in this field, you must have strong analytical skills and be able to work independently.
