Job Summary
We’re looking for a Reception Team All-Rounder to play a key role in delivering an exceptional experience for our members and guests.
As the first point of contact, you’ll handle enquiries, sales, and member support while ensuring our reception operations run smoothly and efficiently.
You’ll also assist in leading the reception team, maintaining a high standard of professionalism and service at all times.
Experience & Education Requirements
* Minimum 2+ years of customer service and point-of-sale experience
* Cert III, IV, or Diploma in Fitness (preferred)
* Current CPR & First Aid certification
* Working with Children Check

* Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
* Ability to work independently and under pressure
* Good mathematical and computer skills (Office 365 proficiency preferred)

Requirements
* Passion for delivering exceptional customer service

* Availability for a rotating roster, including early mornings, mid-afternoons, and some weekends (up to 9 PM close)
* Genuine interest in health, fitness, and helping others
* Must live near or have reliable transport to Wetherill Park

Salary: $24.00 – $25.00* per hour Plus Super + Annual Leave & Sick Leave on accrued basis. * Based 0n 20 year old +
