About the Role
The Samford store is seeking a motivated and hardworking leader to assist in, and eventually lead, the store's bakery department.
Reporting directly to the Bakery Manager, the successful candidate will manage a small team, create rosters, generate orders, complete stock takes and more.
Responsibilities & Expectations
* Fresh food retail knowledge
* Bakery experience is preferred, but not essential
* Ability to lead and manage a team
* Ability to order and control costs
* Excellent understanding of gross profit calculations
* Accurate team rostering
