EA Networks is a cooperative network company based in Mid Canterbury. It owns and operates the region's electricity distribution network, as well as an advanced fibre optic communications network. The Role:
We are seeking an experienced Process Improvement Analyst to join our EA Networks team. This role focuses specifically on improving processes and people within EA Networks. You'll work across the organisation to analyse current processes, understand pain points, identify areas for improvement and design solutions that improve employee experience and operational efficiency. You'll enjoy facilitating workshops, translating business needs into clear requirements, user stories and documentation. You'll be comfortable navigating the space between people, process and technology to help ensure software requirements are captured and be hands on with training and supporting ongoing change across the organisation.
Got what it takes?
* 5+ years of experience in people and process improvement
* Tertiary education or equivalent years of experience
* Business analysis certification is desirable
* Background in New Zealand's electricity distribution industry is preferred
* Experienced in determining the explicit and implicit needs and requirements of various stakeholders
* Strong problem resolution, negotiation, and influencing skills
* Experience creating documentation
* Full New Zealand Class 1 Drivers Licence
