Job Description:
Servicing and repairing fishing reels to the highest standard is a key responsibility of this role. The successful candidate will identify reel faults and failures, prep reels for sponsored anglers, and provide customers with information on upgrading parts and proper care.

The primary duties of this position include servicing and repairing reels, identifying reel faults, prepping reels for sponsored anglers, providing customers with information on upgrading parts, and ensuring data integrity.
Additional responsibilities include assisting in picking/packing of spare parts orders, managing materials, grease, and lubricants, and ensuring all health and safety guidelines are met.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Strong knowledge of Shimano products specifically reels
* Participate in recreational fishing regularly and demonstrate genuine awareness of fishing tackle
* Mechanically minded, ability to diagnose, read schematics, undertake mechanical repairs, action mechanical faults and problem solve independently
* Demonstrate high attention to detail and take pride in work
* Strong written and verbal communication skills with a customer centric attitude
* High level computer literacy and proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
* Prior experience in servicing of fishing reels or working in a similar workshop is highly regarded
