Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver individual and group occupational therapy training/intervention programs tailored to meet the unique needs and goals of each client.
* Evaluate clients through various interactive and digital assessments to identify areas of strength and weakness, and develop targeted interventions to address these.
* Provide education and training to clients and their families on the use of assistive devices and equipment to promote independence and confidence.
* Collaborate with other health professionals to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans that address the physical, emotional, and social needs of clients.
Requirements:
* Degree in Occupational Therapy from a recognized institution.
* Current registration with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on continuous learning and professional development.
