This is a true all-rounder role: part technical support, part internal sales, part jump-in-wherever-needed. You'll talk tech with customers, recommend the right gear, troubleshoot issues, and help keep the branch humming. If you're switched-on, curious and comfortable figuring things out — you'll fit in here. Experience helps, but attitude is everything.
What You'll Do
Serve customers at the counter, by phone and email
Troubleshoot alarms, CCTV, intercoms, access control and basic networking
Recommend products and prep quotes
Support warranties/repairs and work with suppliers
Help with warehouse tasks and general branch ops
Learn new tech fast and stay across what's coming next
About You
Tech-savvy - good with computers, networking or electronics (essential)
Security experience is a bonus. Sales or customer service helps - but attitude is king
Confident talking to tradies, integrators and suppliers
Customer-first, proactive, and always looking for what needs doing
Curious and hungry to learn the security industry
Full Australian work rights + driver's licence
